Shanna Carkhum is a strategic leader dedicated to promoting equity and justice within the built environment. She brings deep expertise in managing complex public-private partnerships and multi-million dollar development projects, including LIHTC-funded affordable housing. Her work spans launching community-led food security initiatives and administering financial assistance programs designed to bridge the wealth gap and ensure long-term community resilience.
